Changing the Future of the Workplace

As we enter a new phase of flexible working, it is important for employers to adapt fast and learn from the challenges as COVID-19 disrupted our workforce. To overcome this, the Grooves’ Work Technology Summit focused on highlighting the importance of adapting to change and shifting paradigms and how leadership can pave the way towards a new movement of work.

Through virtual networking opportunities, inspirational speeches by the brightest minds in the industry, and live demos of innovative digital tools, Grooves Work Technology Summit presented new opportunities to form human connections virtually, access to new inventions and professional insights while engaging audiences from around the world. The summit aimed to educate attendees to become citizen scientists (employees skilled at leveraging data, analytics and digital tools) through the employment of workflow tools. Furthermore, it encouraged participants to dream big and utilize innovations that will advance their competitiveness and value during times of crisis.

Other guest speakers who took the stage in front of virtual attendees included Pallavi Srivastava (Asia Pacific & GCG Talent Leader for IBM), Charlene Li (author and speaker), Gary A. Bolles (Chair for the Future of Work at Singularity University), Siobhan McHale (author of “The Insider’s Guide to Culture Change”), Ir.
