More cameras in the new series are Wi-Fi®-enabled to facilitate instant sharing of digital content on social networking sites, automatic image transfer and remote shooting.
The Nikon COOLPIX S6800: High-Power-Zoom and Easy Image Sharing
Ideal for those who carry a camera often and enjoy taking and sharing images, the COOLPIX S6800 promises exceptional images with ease of operation and built-in Wi-Fi®. The camera sports a 16.0-megapixel backside-illuminated (BSI) CMOS sensor, 12x optical zoom (25-300mm, 35mm format equivalent), 24x Dynamic Fine Zoom1, high-performance VR technology and a Target Finding autofocus. It features versatile image-editing functions such as the Advanced Glamour Retouch that allows shine reduction and make-up enhancements (Lipstick, Mascara, Eye Shadow), as well as a five-level skin whitening function. It also includes several special and quick effects.
When images alone can’t tell the whole story, the COOLPIX S6800 offers the Full HD experience of high-quality 1080/60i video. The Nikon COOLPIX S2800: Easy-to-Use, Stylish and Slim – Ideal for Those New to Digital Cameras
The 20.1-megapixel COOLPIX S2800 with a 5x zoom (26-130mm, 35mm format equivalent) NIKKOR lens and an EXPEED C2 image processing engine is designed for users looking to record memories and enjoy picture-taking without complicated settings. The camera includes an Automatic Scene Selector that selects the most appropriate Scene Mode from the 15 default options, so users can shoot without worrying about the settings. It also comes with a Target Finding autofocus that intelligently detects the subject and focuses on it. The camera can record HD movies in 720p format with a single-push movie record button.
The camera boasts a slim body with a thickness of less than 20mm. It weighs approximately 121g (including battery, SD memory card) and comes in a variety of colours. Its high-quality look and feel is emphasized by the spin ring around the lens.
