Acer Malaysia today introduced the latest members in its Swift family, the Swift 14 and Swift Go that are lightweight and stylish for users who are always on-the-go.

Embodying Acer’s sustainability efforts and helping professionals embrace their green choice, the new Acer Swift series incorporates ocean-bound plastic in its make without compromising functionality and experience. For example, the touchpad is made with OceanGlass™ that offers a glass-like tactile feeling as fingers scroll across the touchpad.
To keep the slim laptops cool without undermining performance, both Swift 14 and Swift Go feature an air inlet design that pairs with Acer’s TwinAir dual-fan system and D6 copper heat pipes to increase airflow.
In line with the current work from anywhere lifestyle, both Swift laptops feature FHD webcam with temporal noise reduction (TNR) technology, Acer PurifiedVoice™ technology with AI noise reduction to allow users enjoy seamless video conferences without external noise distractions. For improved security, the fingerprint sensor on the power button offers easy logins without the need to type password, especially in a public area.
Swift 14 – Mobile Powerhouse in Premium Design
An evolution of the iconic Swift 5, the Acer Swift 14 boasts a stunning aerospace-grade aluminium unibody chassis, expertly crafted with CNC machining. This process ensures its featherlight weight of just 1.2kg and makes it both visually striking and incredibly easy to carry on-the-go.
Within its 14.95mm thin chassis, Acer Swift 14 packs up to 13th Gen Intel Core i7 H-series processor with Intel Iris Xe Graphics that are designed to process dynamic and immersive visuals. Meanwhile, the Intel Evo-verified status means it has proven itself to offer more than 10 hours of battery life, allowing users to work on-the-go without needing to look for a power socket. With the “always on” feature, Swift 14 comes with latest connectivity features such as the versatile Thunderbolt 4 and fastest WiFi 6E allowing users to stay connected and productive on-the-go. While the 1TB SSD storage provides fast document and application loading while the option of 16GB and 8 GB onboard LPDDR5 RAM is offered based on user needs.

Acer Swift Go – Brand-new Thin and Light Laptop with Eye-catching Design
Designed for the energetic generation who prefer to work or study on-the-go, the newest member in the Swift series, the Acer Swift Go, provides flexibility and convenience to be productive no matter where they are. Inheriting the neat and clean design language, the Swift Go comes in a sleek 14.9 mm aluminium chassis that is easy to carry and easily fits into users’ bags. Weighing just 1.25kg with 13 hours of battery life, it further reduces the weight of users’ bags as they can forego carrying a charger around.
Acer Swift Go has a 14-inch FHD IPS display featuring 90% screen-to-body ratio with ultra-slim side bezels measuring just 4.15mm. Equipped with up to AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor, it comes with up to 16 GB LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB SSD to deliver lightning-fast response time and seamless multitasking capabilities.
Despite its ultra-thin design, the Swift Go 14 is still able to offer a full-fledged selection of ports including USB Type-C, HDMI 2.1, and a MicroSD card reader to enable a seamless and hassle-free way to connect to a wide variety of peripherals.
Both Acer Swift 14 and Swift Go come pre-installed with Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Student edition. Available by end of April 2023 at Acer eStore and Acer official stores on Shopee and Lazada, Acer Swift 14 and Swift Go prices starting from RM4,299 and RM3,199 respectively.
