Boost delivers A Brand New Perodua Axia to ‘Street Parking Campaign’ Winner

Homegrown e-wallet Boost presented a brand new Perodua Axia GXTRA 2019 to lucky winner Chu Lai Chan, a 51-year-old graphic designer, during a prize-giving ceremony held at Perodua Pantai Bahru yesterday.

Chu was picked out from a ‘Street Parking Campaign’ that ran from 2 December 2019 to 1 February 2020 which also rewarded users up to RM4 in cashback when paying for on-street parking with Boost.

Active Boost user Chu, who has been using the e-wallet actively for almost two years, said street parking is her most used feature on the Boost app as she works in KL and it is convenient to manage paying for parking from the phone while being in the office.

“A friend actually recommended me to use Boost to pay for parking and at the same time be rewarded with cashbacks. I am surprised that I won a new car just by paying for parking. This is a refreshing reboot to the year 2020 and the Perodua Axia will enable me to do more than my current Perodua Kelisa, which I only use to drive to the office. I look forward to travelling with my family in my brand-new car for #CutiCutiMalaysia.”

Chu encourages Malaysians to embrace the digital lifestyle and use Boost, especially now in the new normal, as it is a simple, convenient yet cleaner and safer contactless way to pay for parking or daily transactions and get rewarded through ‘Shake Rewards’.

The prize giving ceremony could only be held yesterday due to earlier Movement Control Order restrictions.

Currently, Boost users can pay for street parking in Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya, Kota Bharu, Kuala Terengganu and Machang with the e-wallet.
