Fortinet Gets Frost & Sullivan Award

MALAYSIA (16 April, 2014)Fortinet − a world leader in high-performance network security − today announced that it has received the 2014 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Network Security Vendor of the Year Award. The Award was presented yesterday at the 2014 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards banquet held at the Traders Hotel in Puteri Harbour, Johor, Malaysia.

This accolade pays tribute to Fortinet’s market share leadership, product innovation and consistent efforts in meeting customer needs. It also recognises Fortinet’s broad range of network security solutions and success in acquiring major customers throughout 2013.

This is the third time in 12 months that Fortinet has received Frost & Sullivan’s prestigious Network Security Vendor of the Year award in the region. It was awarded for India in May 2013, and again for Asia Pacific in July 2013.

An independent panel of eminent judges including industry leaders from across the Malaysian ICT sector as well as Frost & Sullivan’s ICT analyst team evaluated the various contenders for this Award based on their market performance, business strategy, innovation with new products, and alignment with key industry trends. The award Fortinet received covers the Firewall/IPSec VPN, SSL VPN and IDS/IPS segments.
