Kuala Lumpur (13 January 2014) – Malaysia’s largest 4G network Yes culminated its 90-day “Yes Amazing Holidays Contest” with a prize-giving ceremony here at the YTL Network Operations Centre in Sentul. The grand prize of a luxurious four-day, three-night holiday trip for two to Sydney, Australia was won by Mr. Tan Boon Jye, who received the prize from YTL Communications Chief Executive Officer Mr. Wing K. Lee.
The contest was held from 3 October to 31 December 2013, where 90 holiday prizes with a total worth of RM100,000 were up for grabs, including five-star hotel stays at Gaya Island Resort in Pulau Gaya, Sabah; The Surin in Phuket, Thailand and Spa Village Resort Tembok in Bali, Indonesia. Winners were determined by being the first to correctly answer the question of the day posted on the contest website at www.yes.my/amazingholidays. Mr. Tan shared his elation to be the grand prize winner. “I am extremely happy to win this holiday. This contest runs from now until 31 March 2014, where one tablet will be up for grabs each day including the latest Apple iPad Minis with Retina Display, Samsung Galaxy Tabs, Asus Memopads, Lenovo and Acer tablets.
During the contest period, customers who purchase Yes Prepaid Starter Packs bundled with Go Dongle, Huddle, Huddle XS or Zoom, or subscribe to Super Postpaid Bundle Plans (Go Dongle, Huddle, Huddle XS, Zoom), Unlimited FIZ 1Mbps Plan, Yes 4G Chromebook Plan or Bestari Chomebook Plan are entitled to multiple daily entries.
