The IDOL S is ALCATEL ONETOUCH first 4G LTE smartphone that gives mobile users ten times the standard speed by providing a blazing fast internet connection up to 100Mbps and seamless multimedia access on the go.
Packing a dual core 1.2 GHz processor in a premium and slim design of just 7.4mm thin, the IDOL S handles even the most demanding online and multimedia content with ease, displaying crystal-clear visuals through its 4.7” HD screen, and boasting an 8 megapixel and 1.3 megapixel for the rear and front-facing cameras respectively. The result is a truly immersive online experience with lightning-fast web surfing, faster file sharing, flawless HD media streaming, and real-time HD video calls.
The IDOL S uses the latest HD IPS screen technology, which produces crisp, vivid images with better color range and accuracy and a wide viewing angle. At the same time, its touchscreen’s full lamination means there is no gap at all between the touch interface and the display, providing greater responsiveness than ever to user input and better readability indoors and out.
The IDOL S, which comes only in Slate color, is available exclusively at ALCATEL ONETOUCH’s roadshow at Plaza Low Yat’s concourse from 6th to 12th January 2014, and nationwide following that period at a retail price of RM899.
ALCATEL ONETOUCH HERO
Featuring a 6” Full HD IPS display, 1.5 GHz Quad Core processor and 13 megapixel camera, the HERO has a 3400 mAh battery to keep users going for longer.
The HERO comes with a stylus which transforms the phone into a creative enterprise tool so users can annotate, create memos and professional sketches. It is loaded with apps that fully utilize hand writing recognition, which enables desktop like functionality to create and edit office documents on the go.
However, what makes this device a true original is the MagicFlip, which notifies the users of everything the smartphone does. They can stay informed about the most important updates directly via the cover with the embedded LED.
Coming together with the HERO is a Bluetooth-enabled accessory phone to let users receive SMS, calendar entries, place voice calls, sync phonebook and more without having to remove the larger device from their pocket or bag.
The HERO, which comes in the Bluish Black color will be available in Malaysia by end of January 2014.
