vivo Malaysia launches one-to-one online service to serve customers better and to provide them with a worry-free shopping experience starting from 21 December. During this campaign period, customers can easily reach out to professional vivo sales consultants for a detailed consultation session before purchasing any vivo’s products.

While the nation continues in its fight against COVID-19, vivo to further its vivo Care mission in offering a safe working environment and shopping experience for its employees and customers, through a virtual consultation session. Customers can now get a professional consultation session from vivo’s sales consultants without having to visit their concept store.

For any product inquiry, customers can send in their request to make an online appointment with a vivo’s consultant by scanning the provided QR code. Besides, customers can opt to conduct the session via a phone call, messaging or video call on WhatsApp or WeChat.
