OPPO reopens its Brand Stores and Service Centres starting today

In line with the latest government instruction,OPPO has reopened its Brand Stores in selected locations, which had been closed due to Covid-19 since 18th March 2020. On the other hand, OPPO Service Center will operate partially for those customers who have an urgent demand for product repair and servicing. OPPO’s list of brand operating stores can be found at here.

To serve consumers in the safest way possible, a series of proactive in-store safety measures are being undertaken within all the stores. This includes temperature scan for all the employees and shoppers, regular face-covering in the correct way, 1.5-meter social distancing, full and thorough disinfection of the stores at least two times a day with a hospital-grade cleaner, and plenty of hand sanitizers within the stores. All customers and employees will be constantly reminded to practice hygiene measures, and follow the protocols recommended by the healthcare authorities. Besides that, a one-time in-store complimentary phone sanitization will be offered at all stores to cleanse customers’ devices.

Although OPPO’s physical stores have been closed since March upon implementation of the MCO, the online channels have performed better than last year of the same period. During the pandemic, OPPO has enhanced online sales and introduced an exclusive service, which provides one to one contactless same day delivery for customers who have purchased OPPO devices through OPPO’s Official online store.

At the same time, several interesting live streaming shows were launched by OPPO for everyone at home helping them maintain a positive frame of mind. OPPO has also taken measures in ensuring the safety of the public and shown care to their customers offering 3,500 free masks to all MY OPPO users.
