Malaysia Autoshow 2020 returns this April! (Update: Postponed to July)
Gear up for the return of Malaysia’s largest annual automotive event – the Malaysia Autoshow 2020. Powered by the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), promising an Autoshow packed with more interactive and informational activities, focusing on future mobility.
In this sixth instalment, themed “Next-Generation Mobility”, the Autoshow aims to promote future mobility-related technologies through innovative and interactive activities, exhibitions and showcases, suitable for all ages.
The four-day event on the 9th to 12th April at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), will showcase over 100 vehicles locally sold, highlighting the advances in technology, safety, and comfort of vehicles. The Autoshow will be open from 10am to 9pm.
This year’s Autoshow also provides visitors an experience of living in the future, also acting as a medium to familiarise with futuristic technologies and services through fun, informative, and a variety of premium outdoor activities.
Visitors can expect the return of the 3km-long test drive track, MARii’s public safety campaign – Car Care Week, a free 21-point vehicle inspection and a variety of food trucks to be available during the event while we introduce a more, automotive lifestyle-based Autoshow, featuring exhibits of vehicle accessories, merchandises and many more exciting activities and showcases catered for the entire family!
This year’s ticket prices will be restructured to allow more Malaysians to access the event. Tickets will go on sale on the 15th of February 2020 and can be purchased online with special packages and discounts available only on www.autoshow.my.

Malaysia’s largest annual automotive event – the Malaysia Autoshow 2020, powered by the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), which was scheduled to take place on 9 th -12 th April 2020 at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) has been postponed due to concerns related to the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
Taking into account various factors, MARii has decided to postpone the Malaysia Autoshow 2020, as a measure to safeguard the event’s participants, exhibitors, and potential visitors due to the recent global COVID-19 outbreak.
The new dates for the Malaysia Autoshow 2020 are 2nd to 5th July 2020, at MAEPS, Serdang.
