Yoodo presents Malaysia’s First Interactive Online Concert
Yoodo, Malaysia’s first 100% digital and customisable mobile service, is shining the spotlight on local indie music scene through their upcoming series of interactive online concerts via ‘Yoodo Presents’.
Yoodo Presents begins on 6 June and will feature one live performance from a Malaysian indie band each Thursday at 9 p.m. The interactive online concerts will be showcased on Yoodo’s official Facebook page where fans can enjoy original indie music and also interact with the band to win exclusive Yoodo merchandise.
Head of Yoodo, Chow Tuck Mun shared “We are happy to announce Yoodo Presents and to bring entertainment and excitement to our Yoodo users as well as all Malaysians. Malaysia has many talented musicians and we are thrilled to be able to provide a platform for them to reach out to audiences in a new and unique way.”

The Yoodo Presents series will end on a high note with Yoodo’s Community Day on 13th July 2019. This special first of its kind, online and offline concert will be held simultaneously at a to be announced performance arena in the Klang Valley and live-streamed on Yoodo’s Facebook page with lots of exciting prizes to be won!
Yoodo believes in supporting Malaysian’s favourite lifestyles. This began in late 2018 in e-sports, where Yoodo made headlines for being the first Official Digital Telco for Malaysia’s first Player Unknown Battlegrounds (PUBG) MOBILE National Championships (PMNC), then going on to develop conversations, content, and competitions around esports.
“Yoodo Presents doesn’t just shine a light on these fantastic local indie bands, it’s also an opportunity to nurture and hopefully inspire up and coming young talents. It’s all part of Yoodo’s greater commitment to empower Malaysians to achieve their dreams no matter what it may be,” Tuck Mun added.
Building on its focus on the entertainment segment, on 4th June 2019, Yoodo will introduce its brand new Netflix Add-On which will provide users with 20GB of Netflix-specific data to meet all their binge watching needs wherever they go. This is in addition to the YouTube add-on that is already available on Yoodo. Yoodo users can also expect more entertainment-based add-ons this year.
