In 2019, foodpanda further proves its ex-panda-bility across six cities – Ipoh, Malacca, Seremban, Kuching, Miri and Kota Kinabalu – over the span of just six months. To-date, foodpanda has made its mark in over 80 cities in eight countries across Asia Pacific.

Part of Delivery Hero – the leading global business in online food delivery based in Berlin and operating in over 30 countries globally – foodpanda holds up their mission of bringing good food to Malaysians everyday with this expansion, which is the largest to date for the food delivery brand.

Delivery Hero SE has reportedly sustained a strong growth through successful deployment of investments, expansion of leadership and delivery capabilities and in the first quarter of the year alone, its revenue experienced a growth by 93% (267 euros) year-on-year on a constant currency basis. In the past year, Delivery Hero delivered more than 125 million orders globally, a 55% increase from 2017.

To date, foodpanda has increased its restaurant partners across Malaysia. Customers nationwide can enjoy a wide variety of food from their favourite restaurants including KFC, Pizza Hut, OLD TOWN White Coffee and Gong Cha.
