With the success of its first year, PUBG MOBILE Malaysia National Championship (PMNC) returns for its second iteration as PMNC 2019, with a total prize pool of MYR114,000. With its 2018 event having four state qualifiers, PMNC 2019 has expanded itself by now having six state qualifiers. The top teams across Malaysia will then emerge to lead into the Grand Finals event. PMNC 2019 is organized by Tencent, the world’s largest gaming company, together with sponsors Vivo and Yoodo.

“This year is a challenging year for PUBGM. We have achieved great breakthroughs in user scale, our game has been liked by many Malaysian players. In addition, PUBGM E-sport began to enter the Malaysian market, we had successfully hosted PMNC in 2018, we saw a great potential, and the goal of this year is to bring PMNC a larger scale with wider coverage. Secondly, we will communicate more with players and carry out more activities that users like. In terms of games, there will be more IP cooperation like Resident Evil 2, and there will also be new rules and new strategies, please look forward to it.,” said Jenny Zhuang, representative from Tencent Games.
