The partnership with Aiman will see his involvement in Canon events and workshops, as well as promotional activities for the brand’s digital cameras and printers.

“We are thrilled to have Aiman represent Canon, as the passion and creativity he puts into his work reflects our own commitment in empowering our consumers to express themselves when using our digital imaging products,” said Andrew Koh, President and Chief Executive of Canon Marketing Malaysia.

Aiman’s style and approach to music embodies the essence of the Canon EOS M mirrorless series and the Canon PIXMA Ink Efficient E Series and photo printers which gives users creative freedom to express themselves and create their own identity, something the younger generation especially are very passionate about.

Jeffrey Kung, Head of Consumer Imaging and Information Division, said that working together with Aiman will give Canon the opportunity to reach a wider youthful audience.

“We want to share with them the joy of photography as well as videography, and music is a great avenue for us to communicate this,” he added.

Aiman’s talent and boyish charm has earned him a favourable spot in the local music scene. Earlier this year he received a mention in the Malaysian Book of Records for having the most number of views on Youtube for his “Ku Rela Dibenci’ music video, and more recently, made his acting debut in the latest season of Mak Cun, a TV drama that has been on air since 2014.

Aiman commented that the partnership with Canon is a significant milestone in his career and will give him the opportunity to share his creative journey with his audiences.

“I am honored to work with such an established brand that champions creativity and creates products that allows users to explore their passion and share it with their friends and family. Canon represents much more than the products they make – the brand inspires us to think out of the box and to constantly innovate in what we do. I look forward to using Canon imaging products to record special moments in my life and work to share with my fans and photography enthusiasts,” said Aiman.
