Kuala Lumpur (31 March 2016) — Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) today launched its new look TMpoint outlet at Quill City Mall, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, an outlet where customers can experience the suite of convergence home and business solutions in a friendly and interactive environment, true to its promise of “Life and Business Made Easier”.
The new TMpoint is designed to create a new customer touch point and retail experience of TM’s suite of home and business convergence solutions. Customers can get their hands on TM’s full suite of offerings while waiting for their turn to be served by TMpoint’s Customer Service personnel.
Imri Mokhtar, Executive Vice President, Consumer & SME, TM launched the new TMpoint outlet together with Mohd Yazid Abd Manaf, Chief Executive Officer, TMpoint and Izlyn Ramli, Vice President, Group Brand and Communication, TM.
Commenting on the launch, Imri said, “This TMpoint at Quill City Mall is our inaugural outlet that embodies the vibrancy, freshness and personality of the all new UniFi service, bringing a new retail experience of TM’s suite of home and business convergence solutions. Currently, there are 185 TMpoint outlets nationwide, including outlets at Urban Transformation Centres (UTCs), to serve the growing needs of Malaysians for their lifestyle and business communication needs. TMpoint also markets a wide range of telecommunications and IT related products and accessories for the convenience of home and business customers.
At the same event, TM also unveiled its new UniFi Pro Plan. With the all new UniFi Pro Plan, customers will enjoy broadband speed of 100Mbps, enabling them to do even more.
