DiGi Network Drive Test
SHAH ALAM, 15 May 2014 – Recently, DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (DiGi) organised a Network Drive Test, involving more than 600 of its employees nationwide over 26 cluster locations, to experience the company’s brand new network . This is a part of a continuous effort by DiGi to mobilise its ambassadors on the ground and constantly review and provide feedback on how the network can be improved further.
DiGi employees also took the chance to engage with the customers and find out about their experience as a DiGi customer for the past six months. This is very much in line with the DiGi’s ambition to deliver the best Internet experience for all its customers by offering access to high quality, consistent, high-speed internet connectivity.
