Kuala Lumpur (8th May 2014) – ALCATEL ONETOUCH has today announced the opening of its first ALCATEL ONETOUCH concept store in Malaysia. The concept store, which is located on the ground floor of Low Yat Plaza, Bukit Bintang marks another milestone for the ALCATEL ONETOUCH brand since its return to Malaysia in early 2013.
ALCATEL ONETOUCH stood for: simplicity, colourfulness, and accessibility. It is now a perfect reflection of ALCATEL ONETOUCH vision and mission: to design smartphones at a smart price that are as easy to use as they are to choose.

The ALCATEL ONETOUCH concept store will provide a richer, more interactive user experience for customers in a comfortable and well-equipped setting. It will be the first to offer a dedicated ALCATEL ONETOUCH environment for consumers in Malaysia.
The store will also showcase all current phone models that have recently been introduced to the local market as well as highlight up and coming phone models. By end of 2014, the company aim to achieve a total of 6 Concept Stores and appoint 20 Authorized Service Centers nationwide.
