Maxis Teams Up With Spotify

Kuala Lumpur (24 October 2013) – Maxis Berhad (Maxis) and Spotify are now taking mobile music into a new era with their exclusive partnership announced today. With music streaming already gaining rapid popularity and a big part of today’s lifestyles, both leaders in their respective fields have joined forces to bring the world of music through the internet, anytime and anywhere, at an irresistible price.

At just RM10 per month, both prepaid and postpaid Maxis customers can now have access to the Spotify Premium service, along with 150MB of Internet data to access Spotify’s massive catalogue of over 20 million tracks – available both online and offline. Maxis, Malaysia’s only integrated communications service provider, is the first telco in the country to tie up with Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming service.
