The telco’s second outlet within the East Coast region after Kuantan branch is part of U Mobile’s strategy to expand its presence by bringing its flexible plans and affordable products and services closer to its customers. Located in the heart of Kota Bharu, the service centre will serve as a touch point for customers to discover U Mobile’s latest products and services, make bill payments and seek service assistance.

“With the activation of the 3G RAN Sharing with Maxis late last year, we are now providing nationwide coverage and are certainly looking into opening up more outlets and touch-points to bring greater convenience and accessibility to our customers, especially in East Malaysia,” he added.
In conjunction with the opening, U Mobile also threw a special promo to prepaid and broadband plan subscribers who signed-up from 15 to 18 September 2013.
